Your Initial Visit

Please bring your insurance cards and photo ID with you.

What to expect...

The first time you visit our office you will be seen by your surgeon.  If you had any diagnostic testing performed ahead of time you may be asked to bring a copy of your results or films with you.  A complete medical history will be obtained and thorough physical exam will be performed.  We will discuss your diagnosis with you.  Treatment options will be reviewed.  If further testing is needed, this will be ordered or scheduled for you.  If surgery is indicated after your consultation, you may meet with our surgical scheduler to discuss possible surgical dates.  If you need additional testing or a consult from another specialist, you may be required to return for a follow up appointment before the best treatment can be determined for you. 

We believe that listening to you is critically important. We encourage you to come with your questions and we give you as much information as you want and need so that you know what to expect concerning your own situation.
